Ingredients

  • 400ml béchamel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Salt the eggplant slices and let them sit for 30 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Rinse and pat dry, then grill or fry them until golden.
