Challenges of Bodyweight Training
Bodyweight training, while accessible and efficient, presents several challenges that can affect individuals' fitness journeys:
- Limited Progression: Unlike weightlifting where you can incrementally increase the load, bodyweight exercises sometimes lack a straightforward way to gauge progression, especially for advanced athletes.
